What a great day! This exciting community event was a buzz of activity with stalls showcasing everything from honey to pollinator attracting plants. Kids Connecting Nature was thrilled to get in among the action with two very successful bee hotel workshops. Punters enthusiastically put hammer to nail and created their own hotels to place in a beeutiful spot in their backyards. Many said it was the highlight of the day! A huge thank you to The Royal Botanic Gardens and Kurrajong-a-buzz festival organisers for having The Super Pollinators at this event. Festival goers were asked to supply one buzz word from the day to add to the word cloud – and it says it all…what a huge success!
